One pleasant evening, Helen and Jack were sitting by a bonfire making plans for their future when a bear suddenly approached them. In one split second, the bear attacked Helen, pushing her helplessly to the ground with its brute strength. Jack jumped up and hid inside the tent, hoping that the bear would concentrate on Helen and not harm him. He coldly calculated his selfish actions in this one second. The wild animal tore into the stomach of Jack’s bride and began devouring her liver while she was still conscious. Dying in torment, Helen left her body with the realization that her groom had betrayed her. She would have lived happily with Jack for many years surrounded by their children and grandchildren, if Jack hadn’t been such a heartless coward. Helen’s death was so horrific that her soul deleted that incarnation from its memory. In this life, at the same age she had been when attacked by the bear in her past life, Lana started having pain in her liver, accompanied by the feelings of betrayal and fear she had experienced at the time of her tragic death in the previous life. In her current life, she again tested her groom. Lana, traveled with him to different cities, attended numerous social and family events, very closely observing his habits. This time, he passed the test. By recalling the past life, Lana realized that she had unconsciously been living with the anger and mistrust she carried with her from that incarnation. It was clear that her liver problems were directly related to this past experience, and she made the choice to forgive not only Jack, but the bear as well. This choice enabled her to release this negative energy, freeing her to enjoy her life with her husband. They’ve been living together for more than a decade, going through the joys and tribulations of life. This story, and so many others, shows how reviewing past incarnations is so instrumental in resolving conflicts, difficult relationships and health issues in the present Who among us or our descendants will devise methods to unlock the mystery of the soul’s entry and departure from the body? Who will be the first person to identify the other side of reality using scientific methods? There is no end to the questions, and there is no beginning for the answers. It’s an ongoing process. It’s evolution. It’s the nature of the universe. …. Why do souls come and go? How are they related, and on what metaphysical level? The mysteries of life and death have always been a source of fascination for me. Invisible and imperceptible forces are always around us, ready to help us on demand. These noble and responsive forces that have encircled our souls from birth deserve our attention, respect, and encouragement, as they are our escorts in and out of our physical bodies and support us in creating our destiny. As I look back at my past years again and again, trying to find that one moment in time when I came across the word “destiny,” I remember the age-old adages: “It all depends on destiny”… “One can't run away from one's destiny”… “You reap what you sow”… “Treat others the way you like to be treated”… “Your destiny is in your own hands”. Some of these were heard often during conversations between relatives and friends or found in sacred texts, books and magazines. The words differ slightly, but all of these sayings support the theory that some omnipresent being or consciousness carefully analyzes every single action, mistake, crime or feat, positive and negative thoughts, and even our words. This information is saved in long-term memory cells of a “supercomputer” located at the highest levels of the Quasiworld™, and is filtered in a certain way. We can receive information only when it is perceived and processed by our senses. We tend to feel suspicious and cautious towards whatever is inaccessible by our senses – fear of the unknown is a common human trait. We rarely receive timely messages that intrigue our imagination or lighten our destinies. Hence, a conflict takes place between our distant past and the present. We are given freedom of choice in our actions, and sometimes our souls start to panic in search of shortcuts, and we retreat from the struggle. This keeps us trapped in our own karma. …. Think about the countless times you’ve met an obviously decent person, and you are immediately repelled; or perhaps you’ve met someone for the seemingly first time, but it felt like you’ve known the person forever. You’re willing to freely talk with them for hours, intuitively knowing that you can rely on them, and they won’t let you down. These are karmic ties from your past lives. These karmic links/relationships are hard to break, especially if they were established on the basis of strong emotional and spiritual experiences. Why does karma play such an important role in our daily lives? If we develop the skills and understanding to access the information about our karma and past lives, we are forewarned, and we may be able to correct many things that seem otherwise impossible to change. In every second of our lives we are all given a chance to make different choices and redirect our destinies. There is always a way out of every situation. We just have to be willing to do the work to change our course.." - Rachel Madorsky Symphony of Your Karma |
